"I was considering selling a large item at auction, so I called Willard Hall Auctions. I had to leave a message, but my call was returned in a reasonable amount of time (a day or two). The man who called explained the auction process thoroughly, and answered all of my questions. The commission the company takes from sales was less than I had been told by a friend and was a reasonable amount. The man who called was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional."

He was realistic and honest

"Willard and his family came to north western New Mexico to hold an estate auction in an area that is unfamiliar with this method of holding a moving sale. I needed to close off all of my affairs to return to Australia for family reasons. Willard helped me plan the whole process of selling the mobile home, land and household items. He was realistic and honest. He and his whole team provided answers and advice. The people who attended the auction had fun. Willard determined when an item would do better at his home area and after everything was done he packed up the remaining items so that I would get the best possible result.
